TRAVEL COSTS
Travel costs are calculated individually based on the location and size of the team.
Flights, accommodation, and other travel-related expenses are not included in the packages unless otherwise stated in our communication.
Rate per kilometer – €0.40
Travel day (off day) rate – €400
(This applies especially to destination weddings or portrait sessions abroad, where a full day is required solely for travel.)
THIS IS OUR PROCESS:
I. reservation.
The reservation fee, 20% of the total amount, is paid upon signing the contract for the work. This ensures the secure booking of your date, guaranteeing my availability for your wedding day.
II. consultation.
Shortly before the wedding, we’ll schedule a consultation to go over all the details of your day. At the same time, I’ll send you an invoice for 30% of the total amount for videography services, which is part of the payment. This payment also covers production costs to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your wedding day.
III. delivery of the work.
After completing all the work necessary to begin editing (e.g., portraits), the standard delivery time for the finished work is 1 to 5 months (depending on the selected package), but it can also be shortened. Upon payment of the remaining balance, you can expect the delivery of the final video within 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that prices may change over time depending on date availability and demand. Once the reservation fee of 20% is paid, the date is officially booked and the price remains fixed.

Once you receive my pricing, your chosen date is automatically held for 3 business days.
After that, the date becomes available to other clients.
