We approach each wedding the way a painter approaches a new canvas. Your people, the light, the atmosphere, and the chaos are the colours we get to work with.


It might be intimate and nostalgic, elegant and intense, or playful enough to turn into a wild party. A stormy sky. A lingering look. Bare feet under the table. Sometimes we get all of it in one day.


We get to know you, work through your plans, and arrive with ideas. Then the day adds things we couldn’t have imagined. That’s why we can’t tell you exactly what your film will look like before it happens.


Of course, the champagne may have a few ideas of its own.

Send us your date, location, approximate film budget, and a little about your plans. We’ll send you our Studio Guide with our approach, film options, and pricing starting points. Have a read. See if we’re your kind of people.

Like what you see? Let’s talk.

Next comes a discovery call. We’ll talk about you, your plans, and what you want from the film. From there, we’ll build a custom proposal with a clear scope and price. Once the contract is signed and the first 30% payment is made, your date and team are reserved. We’re in.

You’ve got a wedding to enjoy.

We arrive with a plan and leave room for the unexpected. We follow the day as it happens, capturing your people and everything going on around you. For portraits, we’ll give you direction while leaving space for you to be yourselves.

Time to hit play.

This is where the footage becomes your film. We bring together the images, sound, and story, with your delivery date agreed in the proposal. Your films arrive in a private VidFlow gallery, ready to watch, download, and share. Press play. Then probably press it again.

FAQ

How do you price a wedding?

It starts with your plans. The location, the number of filming days, and what you’d like us to create. We’ll send you the relevant Studio Guide, then shape a custom proposal after our discovery call. You’ll know the full price and exactly what’s included before making it official.

How do we make it official?

Once we’ve agreed on your proposal, we’ll send you the contract. Your date and team are reserved after signing and making the first 30% payment. From that point, we don’t accept another wedding for the same date. We’re yours.

Will you travel for our wedding?

Absolutely. Tell us where you’re getting married and what you’re planning, whether it’s one day or a whole weekend. Travel, accommodation, and any additional filming days will be clearly priced in your proposal. You pick the place. We’ll work out the way there.

How do we get our films?

Your films arrive in a private VidFlow gallery, ready to watch online and download. The gallery includes two years of access, with original files available to download during the first year. Your delivery date is confirmed in your proposal. After that, the repeat button is all yours.
